Republicans have proposed to decrease maximum funding to $3,000 per student and increase eligibility standards from 12 to 15 credits, meaning students would need to register for a minimum of one additional class to receive the maximum award.

I am trying to make something of myself and y’all are constantly making it harder for me to do so. 

This is straight-up disgusting.  It should never be a person’s goal to make obtaining an education more difficult.
